Definitely a typo! BUT I did make a mistake and shot 2U vs 1.75U. The 1.5U seems a mistake!! :(

I took a nasty fall last night.... on the knee with prior meniscus repair, plus other sore spots this morning as a result of a mishap with a Chewy box mistakenly sent in our order, but they said to keep it... maybe it was slightly ajar and I clipped it causing me to lose my balance while walking towards the couch with a small plate with the first slice of just baked bread with butter.... crash goes all. Bye-bye, Mikasa, but I could eventually get up. Nothing is broken as far as I can tell. Just bruised ego and bones. Oh, and I happen to have just started last week PT two times a week as ordered by my neuro for balance and gait. Ack!! I am a mess. Leo seems to be in tune with me, which shows with these high BGs. I'm feeling worthless now, but seeing Leo go from great to horrible is hard to see. :(

The little to no eating just started yesterday with the high BGs. No ondansetron. He's been doing great until I reduced him to 1.5U, one day later (yesterday, 1/30). He did go for the 10% I offered. I'll see if he'll eat more of that.
ETA: he'll eat the 10%.... more so when I hold the spoon. But wait, he just ate some on his own.

I should use 1.75U at PMPS, yes?

Oh Joni so sorry you had such a bad day. I hope the soreness goes away quick.
Poor Leo, but I’m glad you got a little food in him. I go thru that with Tiger when his tummy doesn’t feel good. We give him a half of cerenia every other day for it. Have you given any thought to an appetite enhancer? We had to use that on another kitty who was going thru chemo.

Leo's appetite picked up, but only when I added hot water: mixed his food with it so it's cool enough & is the consistency of soup. He likes this. He's drinking (& spilling) water. BG is reduced from 555 to 309, as of +9.25. Strange his BG at +7 was 309, too! Tonight I'll shoot what I intended this morning, 1.75, not 2! I've never shot more than intended. I must have scrambled my head last night as well. It was quite a sudden, jarring effect. When it happened, I immediately thought about a friend who broke her knee bone, and immediately asked the Lord for help. ♡♡♡

It's 72° right now at 5:33pm, CST. Beautiful sunshine.
 
Oh no, I'm sorry to read about your fall! I hope your knee won't hurt too much.
That's good to read Leo ate tonight. His numbers have gone down a bit, too, he must be feeling better.
 
So glad Leo started eating... :cat: I'll have to try the hot water mix trick when Kona protests next.

Flat is good, though yellow. I'm good with that. SO glad he's eating again. Sugar kitties don't care to eat when the BG is high. At least this is true for Leo; makes him throw up, too. Weird disease. He's sitting on the couch with me with legs crossed in front of him.
