That's only two 101's. I'd call it meter variance and try the reduction to 0.1 units.

That’s very close to what we’ve been giving him. Just to make sure we haven’t been giving him 0.1 this whole time, is the bottom of that plunger flush with the first smaller line?

I’ve given him 0.1 before but I just can’t remember now lol.

The other thing you can do is count the number of drops in your 0.25 units. Load the 0.25 unit dose and twist the plunger, practicing so you get even sized drops out. You want about half the number of drops you are giving now.
