Some days they just run higher than others. We just have to ride it out.

Bounces can last up to 6 cycles (3 days). That feels like forever when it’s happening and seeing high numbers is stressful. Just remember that it’s part of the process and not unexpected. A few more days of data and the picture will become more clear regarding the current dose. I used to draw a mental “box” around 5-7 days’ worth of data on the spreadsheet and look at it as one “chunk” to evaluate. On Karamelle’s spreadsheet, doing that shows blues and greens too, not just yellows and pinks. So that’s good! One day at a time. And lots of deep breaths. :)

Thanks. Thats reassuring. The PMPS was also pink. Will try and get one more test tonight. Thats interesting about looking at it in blocks. I'll try that. Im having a hard time seeing a pattern.
