Morning Rain , on your SS can you put a blank line above the date 1-22 and put OTJ Trial and highlight it, that's what we usually do when we start OTJ Trial, and put NS in the U cell
Or just type it in one of the cells after the AMBG 97

Leo is doing great...you are doing awesome! Tbh I just never thought we get this far due to his age. And while it's super exciting to be here doing this trial. If we don't make it I'm good just to see how far he has come since Oct 2021 is impressive to me!​

Instead of NS in the units cell of the spreadsheet, I'd put Day 1, or something like that. Makes it easier to count. I'm going to assume NS on a trial.
