This dose is not playing.... hitting hard with almost 100 drop :eek:! I wasn't expecting it, here come some snacks though, haven't done them in awhile because the recent onsets have been weak.

Here we go..... I'm doing it! Getting NutriScan for both of my cats. I found the promo code FLOPPYCATS on a YouTube video so that saved me about $60 bucks.

After looking at this thing for few days, it seems promising and I think it's a smart investment. I want to know exactly what might be a bad fit for the kitties' diets.

Might explain Cleo's ear where her hair is falling out and she has been itching a lot. I have just been giving her allergy pills twice a day which I think is lame... I notice diarrhea with the cats time to time and then also constipation. I feed them ALL sorts of foods, they like switching it up or they get bored, so this might help to know what foods we should stay clear of. So hard to do the trial thing with a novel protein.

Ha ha, yah, she wanted to be up all in my grill and I had to get up... that was her snarl threating me to say put so she could snuggle.

Of course, I'll be sure to post my experience with the NutriScan including full reports or whatever I get.

Hmmm… so you’re saying I’m wasting my money on the tests. LOL. I wonder which company they did the study with and if it’s the same one I’m doing or even the same method.

In any event, if it shows sensitivities, I think that’s still valuable info, no?

If the sensitivities are correct, it would be worthwhile. But the study sent synthetic fur samples and sterile saline as saliva, and those showed sensitivities too. And samples from dogs with allergies and those without, all showing the same sensitivities. Every once in a while a trendy pet allergy test shows up. I've seen a couple other ones in my time here. Apparently even in blood tests for humans, a significant percent show false positives. I had asked my vet about how to test for food allergies too, and she said there aren't any out there. Would love it if there was!
