Probably no green today, and I'm going to end up leaving out some higher carb food after her shot since we're going over to the bf's parents. I did tell them I'd need to be home no later than 9 (+3) so I can keep an eye on her and make sure she doesn't go too high or crash too much. I had sort of hoped we'd go over for awhile this afternoon, but that's difficult when a certain someone didn't wake up until after 11. (Spoiler, it wasn't me). On the plus side - the cookbooks that I made for my family were much appreciated, so that is very nice!
 
I did mean to add some happy news - for the first time in forever, she jumped on on the couch so she could scritch up the arm of the couch (she's allowed, it's some fabric that genuinely shows almost no damage for reason). All by her herself! :smuggrin::smuggrin: I was so happy - she got some scritches while scritching the couch. :D

Another start where I seem to have staved off super big drops. I'm hoping that we'll start seeing better pre shot numbers again as hopefully we nip those drops better. So, while I don't like seeing the pinks and yellows, I know I have to be patient.

Ivy has destroyed most of our upholstery by now. Oh well.

We've been lucky - she knows she can scratch up her paper, and she knows she can scratch the couch. Or her scratching posts (of which there are many). And she's pretty good about not scratching other things. Sometimes she'll start on paper, and then streeeeettch a bit and start to get some carpet, but she knows she's been caught when we say, "Excuse me ma'am, is that what we scratch" and moves back to just paper. Gotta test the limits sometimes, ya know. :joyful::joyful::joyful:

Thank you! She's not super pleased I'm leaving again after coming home to just give her a shot, but I'll be home in a couple of hours, so she'll be okay.
