Got an AMPS of 85 but the little window in the test strip barely filled up, and I've found when that happens the numbers can be less accurate. So retested and got a 77. I guess the 85 was probably ok after all. :)

Will be out all day--going to breakfast and then seeing the Nutcracker!--so gonna get a +2 and then my husband will get a check before he leaves for work around +4. Leaving food in her automatic feeder. One of us will be back in time for her PMPS. Good surfing everyone.

Funny enough Nestle was also at 85 this AM.
These two are copying each other :D

Hi Chrissy, I hope you’re haven’t a really fun day. Sounds so awesome. I miss doing all the things. It’s great Snickers is so well controlled.
I pray I can get there with Ivy. You’re an inspiration to us!

You're doing so well with Ivy! I'll bet she gets there in her own time. I still worry about leaving Snickers alone even for an hour. We have five pet cameras in our one bedroom apartment, and I check her constantly, lol.

Yes, my husband got home before me and tested and gave her shot. He did very well tonight ☺️ Snickers was happy when I got home and thinks it means that she gets extra food. I had to tell her no snacks till bedtime. We just got her under 13 lbs and don't want her weight creeping back up. Vet, hubby, and me all agree that 11.5-ish would be a good weight for her, though we'll take 12 if we can get it.
 
That's too funny that Snickers thinks she'll get extra food . She is such a cutie pie :cat:
Tell your husband good job . Glad you got her weight down, I would take 12 too. They look at you with those eyes and you feel bad for them and then give them a snack right. Good job not giving in . I hope you had a good time tonight :cat:
