Hope I can get a new one today but still used it this morning and guess we will find out soon if it still works.

Hi Cindy! I didn’t even realize you were back! That is sad and shows how much time I have been spending over on the ProZinc forum. I’m sorry he came out of remission. I hope he has stayed free and clear of the FIP I do know a couple of people whose cats have relapsed. What do you think kicked him out of remission.

I hope you are all well!
So far so good on the FIP front thankfully. I don't know what happened on the remission. He was testing perfect every few weeks, then we had bloodwork done in preparation for dental and up popped a 15. It was very sudden.

I mostly buy it from Amazon as the big bags are hard to find anywhere. Fairplay will always order it in for you if you ask. I think it's a but cheaper too. Also Homes Alive usually has it. I am limited to the turkey kind because it's the only kind my ibs cat can eat. It's been available pretty consistently except for a dry spell a few weeks ago. I immediately panicked and bought 15 bags from Fairplay after which my Amazon back orders were fulfilled and now I have plenty. I couldn't get it for months during the Avian flu problem last year. Hope all is well with you.

Thank you for the info, Cindy , I’m trying to keep the smorgasbord of foods in my pantry going, and hadn’t been able to source the Stella’s locally in the shops I go to, so I ended up forgetting about it. All is well here, can’t complain, especially with this nice warmer weather we’ve been having. Much better than last year’s -40C with wind chill

The Lantus may still be okay. It is hardier than we thought. If you still use it and start getting numbers that don't seem like what you should get, it may have gone bad.

I ended up getting a new vial because of the holidays. I'm glad I did now because he's pretty flat today!
