He really is SO HAPPY. He gets those crazy zoomies right before he "opens the bakery" and it's funny every time. Sometimes I chase him around and he loves it. I have to be careful though, sometimes it results in him play-attacking my leg, which makes me laugh, which makes him do it more. :p

Just watched the video, lol she's a fast one. Your tree looks beautiful.
I had a cat named Jake and he used to do the same think attack my legs when I would run around playing with him
When I would come home from work in my lunch hour we had the ritual .As soon as he heard me he would run into my daughters room jump on the bed then I would go by the doorway and wave my arms all around and say I'm going to get you. He would run into the kitchen , I would go in there and he would run into Ashley's room again. They are crazy aren't they, but so much fun

Thank you for the good luck wishes. :bighug: You are correct, she is my 15.5yo CKD cat. She is going for her 3 month routine lab work/checkup. She has maintained her weight, so I am hoping she is doing well. Usually a weight change with her is what tells me something is wrong. Since Smudge has been here, she has been eating better and has only vomited a handful of times. Before him, she was on mirtazapine daily and Cerenia 1-2x/week. Now she's on neither!

Hmmm, I wonder if that’s coincidence or if there’s an actual correlation. Seems Smudge might have some pretty magical powers … :)

I really wonder if there's correlation! She was never an only child before and we lost her younger brother about 10 months before Smudge arrived (and she was 1 of 5 for a long time). She seemed to truly love being an only cat for the attention, but maybe she was secretly depressed and he brought back a little spark in her.
