It's fine to post they way you are. However, the majority of members are from the US. You'll get more attention if you post in mg/dL which is the US format. Many people don't open a spreadsheet or don't know how to convert between US and international measurement.

It looks iike you took the reduction at PMPS. The only thing I might have suggested that you do differently was to give Baillie some low carb food at +4. It may have slowed the drop down. If numbers were still dropping you could have used either more low carb or a small amount of high carb at +5. You did fine!!!
