Had an awful dream he died around 5 am this morning. Opened my bedroom door to go use the bathroom and he came thundering upstairs to ask for first breakfast. So I fed him and Harold and then he came up to bed with me and spent the rest of the morning curled up with me until second breakfast. And then he just made my husband jealous by laying on me for a solid half hour with his big paws on my chest. Last night he was playing like a little kitten. He seems to be feeling fabulous these days.
 
Oh gosh, that dream sounds awful! The cuddle session had to be a great way to get rid of any bad feelings left by the dream. And only 2 more days! :D:D:D
 
Oh no, the worst of nightmares. So glad he’s just fine and gave you good snuggles for reassurance!! Sending hugs. 2 more days, hooray :D:D
 
It was awful, some how he drowned in a bottle and ai had to break it to get him out and I tried to resuscitate him and it wasn't working...so I was so happy to see him rush up the stairs to demand breakfast.

Two more days! I don't want to curse it but he's definitely gonna get an overpriced catnip plant from Petco on Friday too celebrate and mom's gonna have a nice cocktail to celebrate too.
 
Oh Sarah, it's hard to have such a tough dream. Perhaps you were processing some old fears around Chalie's health.

Charlie loves his mama, :cat: I don't think your going to jinx the next 2 days .
He's doing awesome, by the way Charlie is such a handsome boy! Looking at his picture is his coloring like a light chocolate brown it's beautiful :bighug::bighug::bighug::cat:

He is such a pretty toasted marshmallow boi. He has blue eyes, every so slightly cross-eyed. And he has extra toes on all his paws, and the two front ones especially are enormous. The humane society knew what they were doing when they put him in the first eye-level crate. He is also very sweet and affectionate, to me at least. He's back to terrorizing his sisters, something he hasn't done in a long time.

He's like a brand new cat. He was in a box in the living room, shot out of it, ran into the Christmas tree, then turned around and raced the whole length of the house and back so hard it shook. He was leaping off his back two legs to catch a toy... middle aged cat, my fuzzy left one he says! Cat who tried to die no less than four times this year, don't even know him!
 
Oh, no... that is a scary dream. I can imagine how happy you were to see Charlie this morning. Dreams (or nightmares) are so strange. Charlie knew you were upset this morning and wanted to reassure you that he was okay:cat::cat::cat:

Oh... and happy day 12!!!
