We have a vet visit this morning. I'm not sure how much gabapentin actually stayed in her mouth, since she immediately starts spitting it up and drooling. I only put 1 ml in the syringe, and I can give up to 1.5, so I may try to give another 0.5 in a bit, since I know for sure she got maybe half based on the amount that I rinsed off my hand (gross, kitten, gross). On the plus side, while she's mad to get the med, she doesn't hide and still loves on me.

. Cleo also has to take Gaba prior to a vet visit. The liquid was a mess and she refused to eat her food if I mixed it in her food. I finally had the Vet send a script to Wedgewood Pharmacy and have it compounded as a chicken flavor chewable treat. I still have to wrap it in a pill pocket but she takes it this way.
