Hopefully close! I'm going away for four days for work and the cat sitter is going to just take his glucose AM and PM because no one will be around to check him during the day or later in his PM cycle.
 
Oh for sure! The last time this cat sitter was here was late September when my husband had an evening event and Charlie was still at 5.5 u and regularly in the 200-300s.

He's come a long long way very quickly.

Wow he really has moved fast! That fills me with hope for Tigster. :)

He was put on pred a few years back for something he never had and then I finally caved to the vet recommended prescription diet because his triglycerides were like 20x the upper end of normal. The vet described his blood as looking like a root beer float. And last week it was perfectly normal.

That sounds like something of a rollercoaster. I’m glad you’re both out the other side.
 
I am massively excited not to have to get up at 7. Not to have to listen to him scream from 5 am to 7 if he's hungry. If he yells at 6, I can just feed him and go back to bed.

Although, he is currently yelling that second dinner did not taste as good as third dinner will because Mom will have to get up to give him third dinner and that always makes it taste better
