He puked twice this morning even though I gave him Cerenia yesterday :/ I don’t know why he’s puking daily. The only thing I changed was giving him more fish flavored fancy feast, but I’m finding out that that is really the only flavor he’ll eat, and I honestly at this point just have to do anything to get him to eat. I gave him more anti-nausea this morning and I’m going to cut down on the fish flavored food as best as I can. I was going to do a curve today, but maybe it’s not a good day since I think he’s bouncing.

I’m sorry he’s still puking. Poor baby. Have you given Ondansetron as well? I know the generic is very inexpensive to get at a pharmacy near you (prescription).
Definitely stay in touch with @tiffmaxee since she knows a lot about pancreatitis. There may be others also who have experience with it and can help guide you.

No I haven’t tried anything else, I just spent quite a bit of money on Cerenia, so I can’t afford to try anything new right now. But yes I’ll slow down on the fish flavor food, since I noticed he’s been puking more with it (I think) and see where that takes me. But thank you! Yeah it is very concerning that he’s puking daily now all of a sudden.

It sounds yo be like this is more pancreatitis like Wendy mentioned. I’d try feeding a novel protein exclusively and see if the puking stops. If it helps you need to only feed they first least a month. It requires carefully reading labels. Often fish or chicken is not on the label although it listed in the ingredients.. I bought a bag of chicken and a bag of salmon Dr. Elsey’s as a treat when my kittens were young and it turned out the salmon also contained chicken.

Oh yeah it’s definitely pancreatitis, he got tested for it a little over a month ago so I know he has it. I just think maybe the fish flavor of food I’ve been giving him has been triggering it or something? I just spent the last of my money for his food on mainly fish flavor because that’s basically the only flavor he’s eating, so I’m going to try my best to incorporate it with the other flavors. I have, which the only other flavor of fancy feast that I have besides a fish flavor. I just can’t afford to go out and buy anything else at this point so I’ll have to wait until I get paid in two weeks
 
Try a novel protein, one he’s never had before and don’t give any other protein. If he starts to improve keep doing that for at least a month. The only other way is a biopsy which I know you can’t do now.

I have tried so many novel proteins before and he wouldnt touch them lol
 
Hi Katrina, I'm sorry Bubba isn't feeling well, I'm no expert at all but if you have other flavors of Fancy Feast , maybe try
Bonito flakes when you get paid they are dried fish, nothing more, and use them as a topper and see if he'll start eating other flavors of FF
