Good morning :p

The prince really wanted to live on the edge last night. I am exhausted lol.

I didn't give him Cerenia yesterday, and he seemed okay without it. This morning he seemed like maybe he needed that paired with the ondansetron I've been giving him, so I went ahead and gave half a pill. I've kind of been trying to see what he needs and what he doesn't. I'm skipping the appetite stimulant today, just to see. Hopefully he will still eat!

Wow Gabrielle, Cooper really decided to work this dose last night. You handled everything so beautifully.
I hope you got a little bit of sleep. It looks like you didn’t get too much.
I hope today is calmer for you, so maybe you can rest up a little bit I think you’re gonna need a nap.

Hope Cooper is eating well and continues to do well.

Staci, you're so sweet! Yes, I definitely need a nap. I can tell I am grouchy this morning. :p Cooper is not wanting the flavors I have this morning, so here I am at the store to get "the good ones" for the prince lol! Thank you for the support, and I hope your day is as bright as you!

You're right, that is kind if a no-brainer not that you said it lol! I'll start with only foregoing the appetite stimulant for a week and see how he does. :)
 
Afternoon Gabrielle, wow Cooper is looking fantastic, I hope you might be able to get a cat nap in today, or at least take a breather from testing.
I'm sure the prince appreciates you having to run to the store and get what he likes, these cats . Have a nice day :bighug::bighug::bighug::cat:

I think you might be right! He is even looking a bit better to me too. :) Thank you! I hope I can snag a nap at some point today.
 
Ah, this boy is on a mission! I know the answer is yes...but I am worried about it, per usual lol! Should I give his full dose?
 
Pre-shot is lower than usual, though I just looked and I've given it at 65 before. Not sure who that brave person was at that time lol! Okay, I will give it and be sure he is eating beforehand as well. I think I just need that push to do it sometimes. :p
 
He’s doing so well and might even earn a reduction soon. Don’t stop the momentum. It’s not much different from 84 or 86 with meter variance. :D
 
I had to unexpectedly leave the house, but rushed home as soon as I could. Of course Cooper doesn't want to finish his dinner right now and he's low. Should I just syringe feed or go for HC? I didn't want to get the HC too early.
 
He actually really likes when I syringe feed into my hand and he licks it up, so I did that. Almost finished with 1 can of food, most of his dinner. Just tested at 53. So should I still give the HC just to be sure or keep going with his dinner?
 
Okay, got it, just wanted to make sure! I gave a tsp of HC and I'll test in about 20 minutes. I'll give it a rest with his dinner so he won't get too full if he needs more HC later. Thank you guys so much!!
 
@Angela & Cleo Not sure if you're still around, I know it's late! What do you think? I only gave HC once about an hour and a half ago. Should I get one more test in 30 minutes and if he's still flat, I can get to bed? I'm feeling a little delusional at this point LOL. But I will stay up if need be.
 
Sorry about that. I put Wendy's comment in my personal notes on my phone so I can be sure to find it for next time!

We're at 55 now. I gave a tsp of HC (that's all he would eat) 30 minutes ago, but it didn't do much it seems. :confused:
