I posted lab results for Kona in the spreadsheet for the following dates: 5/14, 7/20, 8/17, 11/2
I'm still reviewing results, but the glucose level that was taken and frutosmine values slightly suggests to me I'm not doing the best job in regulation. However, it is my understanding the glucose test taken at the time at the vet can be elevated due to vet trip stress and the fructosomine number is an average of about the last two weeks of glucose levels. I have made a lot of changes in the last two weeks, so I'm trying not to worry too much on those findings. Kona's vet was not worried about these either and suggested to keep on doing what I'm doing after a review of my spreadsheet and my overall care.
The more concerning finding is the testing lab has being doing a "Renal Tech prediction" the last 4 panels. The first three said inconclusive... but the recent result indicated a grim prediction on Kona havina a trajectory of developing chronic kidney disease. See image below:

The vet told me not to worry as that is in the future, but I insisted on some sort of proactive/preventative way to reverse this prediction. I purchased Weruva Wx Phos focused wet foods a few weeks ago with what I believe to be a great food for cats that actually have kidney disease. I think I'm going to supplement Kona's food with this low phos food in an attempt to curb whatever is contribuiting to the kidney disease, which may be elevated phosophous? I have no clue.... I do know that Weruva is clear that this food is NOT well balanced and is not a complete food, so I may do half and half or just add some here and there. Doing whatever I can.. hoping I can help! Side note: horrible news, my good friend called and was hysterical, their family cat has FIP & FIA. =( They have GS-441524 treament en route and will be embarking on their journey with these very serious cat dieseases I had never heard of. Man! I don't know if I can have any more animals in my life. They bring me tremendous joy, but dealing with all this is crazy!
