Another question, tomorrow I have a friends moving away party around PM dose, how do I handle that? Do I shoot early or late? Make his AM shot a little latter to break apart the time more?
 
How much before shot time do you need to leave? Maybe wait another day to increase as well. Shooting 15-30 minutes early should not be a problem and would not require any adjustments.
 
He usually gets it 6:15. I need to leave around 5, and won’t be home till maybe 8.

Unfortunately it’s just me so no one else who can give it to him
 
Shooting late in not a problem. You could shoot at 7 on the morning and then shoot when you get home at .8. Then you can adjust 15 minutes each cycle or 30 minutes every 24 hours all at once.
 
With TR, you don't hold dose longer than 4-5 days if the numbers aren't where you want them to be. He is definitely due for an increase to 2U.

Thank you, it seemed like he needed it, we don’t seem to really be lowering his basal level yet. Will increase for his AM shot.
