She's been on a trajectory straight up today - I didn't feel any wetness or smell like I would have missed this morning. Could it be a bounce from yesterday's drop to 42? If it is she hasn't bounced this high in a hot minute.

So, here's my current concern. We have a show opening a week from Thursday. This week is pretty busy, because we're behind. I can't be home much this week, and it will be even less next week (tech starts on Sunday, and I'll be there from noonish until 10, with a brief stop by home to give her her shot, but no real opportunities to test, and Monday through Wednesday is basically 8 am through 10 pm with a break to come home and give her her shot in the evening.) Thoughts on doing something like a skinny 0.75 or a fat 0.5? Tonight was pretty surprising, especially since I skipped last night.
A lime 2 cycles after a skip! If you cannot monitor much/at all, you might want to go down to 0.5U. Think of it as a vacation dose to keep her safe. I'm sure you will be exhausted at the end of such long working days and could use sleep as well!

I think I'll probably end up doing that. I was definitely not expecting a lime that close to a skip. And she's dropped pretty fast tonight. I just gave her some 6% in the hopes of keeping her from going lower tonight.

Actually, it's not uncommon to see a strong reaction in the cycle or two after a skip. That could be what you saw last night. It's fine to do a temporary reduction for a few cycles if you need to for life, but as a long term diabetic out of remission, she hasn't earned a reduction.
