Helloooo!

Cooper is doing so well lately. Proud of his progress! I was looking back through our spreadsheet and what a difference.

That being said, am I supposed to be increasing the dose soon? Or was I supposed to already? This dose really seems to be working well for him, so honestly I was just going with it and forgot that perhaps I was supposed to have increased it already. He was bouncing a little bit the past few days, but looks like we're back on track for now. :)

Wow, he's really decided today was the day lol. He just ate a snack from his auto-feeder right before I walked in to test him. I suppose I should test again in 30 minutes or should I wait another hour? 55 is low for him, but sometimes I get over anxious for nothing.

the 55 and 62 are pretty flat considering meter variance.
When did he eat this cycle?
Was his last snack at +4.5? If so, then I'd feed a small tsp of LC and test again in an hour or so, just for the extra data to see if he'll continue to surf the lower greens.

I should probably get with the program and know what to do by now...LOL. But does he need another snack now or is he good?
I'm still trying to get with the program  :p
He looks good. Surfing nicely. He should have hit nadir so I wouldn't be inclined to feed anymore unless Cooper is one of those kitties that gets stomach acid if left too long without food. If so, then the lowest carb snack could be ok.

Yes, he actually never used to, but lately he has been getting some hunger pukes a couple of hours before I feed him dinner. Since I'm home today, I'll give him a small snack to try to curb that. Thank you for hanging out with me during this! :D

Anytime :bighug:.
Feeding after nadir tends to shorten the duration but I find it an acceptable tradeoff for a kitty with tummy issues. I just try to feed very little and the lowest carb/no carb snack possible.
Others may disagree. It's JMHO.

That is very good to know, thank you! I will just feed him a little tidbit in that case of some freeze-dried chicken and see how that does for him!
Its one of those know your cat things. I suggest to experiment with what works best for you :cat:

PS, I'm a little excited to see where he ends up for pMPS

Sadly it looks like Cooper opted to hop onto a trampoline and send his BGs to space :banghead: Lol maybe one day we'll see some green numbers without this immediate catapult back into the pink numbers! Alas, today is not that day.
