9/20 Xena AMPS 168, +4 167, +9 150 / PMPS 175, +4 234, + 7 211

You notice anything different in the way Xena is acting or feeling? Sometimes you will see good changes there as you get close to that dose that moves her.

Nothing that I noticed aside from ...she vomited a small amount of food about 30 min. before her morning dose. She hasn't done that at all lately, but that was the only time.
.... she stayed in the blue for her +4, so I will test her again later. i am assuming I should hold this dose for 10 cycles...barring any big drops etc. ?
 
With TR, you hold doses with blue nadirs for 6-10 cycles. I tended to longer for lower blues, shorter for high blues. She's given you mid blues so far.

Looking at the spreadsheet, I noticed your last increase was just by 1 unit. It's best to do increases around 10-15% of the total dose, so next increase would be by 2 units. Unless she's at a dose where there is regular green and you just want to tweak the nadirs down a bit.

Yeah that was something I meant to double check about when I got to 20 that I should be increasing by 2. She actually held the blue this whole cycle. I noticed that earlier when I went in the kitchen she didn’t come running in, which is her usual behavior. She runs in hoping it’s time to eat.

She's finally getting nice numbers and as a consequence, not feeling as hungry. What a fantastic cycle today for Xena! Paws crossed for more soon of the same.
