I’m 30 minutes past PMPS started at 6.0mmol stalling up to 6.3mmol. Will continue to stall.

What can I do if she doesn’t rise over 8.3mmol?

current dose is 3.0U

With SLGS, you can shoot any number over 5, especially if you can monitor. She's been flat since +6 and rose a bit after that the first stall. Good enough to shoot!

So has that changed because the stuff I’ve read is this…

A4.4. There's no hard and fast rule, but if you don't have data on how your cat responds to insulin, here are some general guidelines.
Below 150 mg/dl (8.3 mmol/L), don't give insulin.
Between 150 and 200 (8.3-11.1 mmol/L), you have three options:
a.) give nothing
b.) give a token dose (10-25% of the usual dose)
c.) feed as usual, test in a couple of hours, and make a decision based on that value
Above 200 (11.1 mmol/L) but below the cat's normal pre-shot value, a reduced dose might be wise.

what would you have given? Was 1.5U the right move??

Sorry I’m just not sure how I should have acted even though I have data…still struggling to understand how to interpret the data because it does seem so up and down

Sorry I was not around earlier.
The information you posted about giving insulin is more for newish members who do not have data. It says …There's no hard and fast rule, but if you don't have data on how your cat responds to insulin, here are some general guidelines…
You do have data and if you look at your SS you can see you have given doses of insulin before when the BGs have been down around the 6,7 and 8 mark. Other things to consider when you are wondering if you should give the dose are…is Bella eating well, do you have high carb food at home if needed, can you monitor the cycle.
It is hard to interpret the SS when you are relatively new. I remember looking at the numbers on the SS and wondering how anyone could work out what my kitty was doing.
You did the right thing today…you stalled and tested again and posted and asked for help. Unfortunately no one was around at the time.
