Good morning Staci!
Ivy did great last night!
Looks like a standard bouncing curve so far!
Hope she clears it soon, safely and kindly!
Have a wonderful day! :bighug:
Thanks Kit. Last night was a little of a nail biter with lots of snacks given to keep her propped up.

She’s just starting her drop and clear now. Where will this cycle take us?
I’m supposed to go out around +6, hoping she’s stable so I can get a few hours out, doing my errands.

I hope you and Mikan have a safe and gentle day! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Oh those red bounces :banghead: Hope Ivy settles into a nice steady zone soon and you can go do your errands. Have a good weekend! :bighug:
Thanks, Christine. She’s already down under 200 on her Libre so fast drop from nasty red zone. She clears bounces really fast. Good for her and bad for me (I can’t get any sleep or anything done!)
But her safety is the priority.
I hope Jack has a safe day, too!
Try to have a good weekend as well.
Thinking of you and your family :bighug::bighug:

am cycle was :
+7 116 as her nadir (Libre #)
Nice blue stretch today.

pmps 254
Going higher now at almost
+2 398 (heading pink)
Boy she likes to drop lower then shoot up high.
Hope everyone had a good day and everyone surfs safe tonight :bighug:

Staci, can I ask what made you switch to SGSL?
Sure. We tried TR for about a month and Ivy was dropping low constantly and it was very difficult to bring her back up from the lows. She would steep dive very fast every cycle and is not really carb sensitive so it was hard to pull her back up.
It was too stressful for both her and me. I wasn’t sleeping or leaving her side and couldn’t leave the house at all for several weeks.
(May into June 2023).
Ivy also seems to take more time to settle into a dose and I was increasing her dose quicker to follow TR.
SLGS seems a better pace for her to acclimate to a dose and get her balance. (Just what I think right now). Who knows what the future will be. Hope that answers the question.

Thanks for sharing. It sounds like you had some tough time there :bighug:
It's very helpful for me as it's all still very new and it helps me gain a greater picture and learn

Just my experience. Glad it helped you. I see lots of others love TR. but for now, SLGS is how we are doing it.
I hope you find the right fit for you and Fistuk.
You’re doing great :bighug::bighug:
