Cooper had thrown up by the time I got home today. He was acting normal and excited for dinner. I made sure he was eating before giving his shot, but when I came back a little later he hadn't finished. :( I'm not sure what could be causing it, but I suppose I'll likely need to make a vet appointment since it has happened again.
 
Maybe not as frantic to eat all at once because his blood sugar is in a better place? Hopefully he'll snack and finish off the rest later. Doesn't explain the vomit, so that is worth talking to the vet about. What did the vomit look like? Food, foamy, bile, hairball,... I've been know to make a "vomit log" to track this sort of thing. :rolleyes: Vet actually took a copy of it.

I did wonder about that! I put a little less food this time thinking maybe he's overeating now. He eats just shy of 4 cans a day right now, and he's a fairly small cat so perhaps it's too many now. He does seem to have finally started gaining some weight!

That's amazing lol! It was mostly bile, with a tiny bit of food in it. Kind of a light yellow color. My dog gets hunger pukes, but it was a bit thicker than that, more opaque. Very graphic, sorry haha!
