Hi, have you given the shot? Has he been fed? Can you monitor if you shoot? With a history of DKA, skipping insulin is not an option. Also, sometimes stalling/waiting without food can cause numbers to drop further. I suggest you feed and shoot the full dose. Don't fill him up so that he is hungry enough to eat some more at +1 and +2.

If I gave him his injection and fed him, he didn't eat all the food, but now he asks for more. At +1 I'm going to measure to see how it responds. I think we are like yesterday but I am here waiting for him to measure as much as necessary.

I am next to him and I am going to continue measuring him like yesterday. every hour until you see that you are out of danger. I'm trying to do the ketone test but he's very smart and won't let me.

With this dose we are seeing better numbers. You do better with those numbers...

ohh her body couldn't resist so much blue. What a shame... but I'm happy, she looks very good, I took the ketone test and it was negative.

He starts jumping and climbing the walls again when he wants to play, as he hasn't done in a while, it seems like his body feels good. :)
He does look better on this dose :-) As his body gets used to lower numbers, the bouncing will reduce. He is clearing bounces fast. Two back-to-back days of blues!
