hello it seems that sinver does not want to improve. Today I will try to do another ketone test and I will make sure, it has been pink for days and he is likely to have had it once. the weight remains the same does not gain weight. It seems that today I woke up very hungry..

Good job on getting the pee test/ I've linked picture below.

This morning is cycle 6, So if he stays above 200, I would take the dose up by 0.25u. Let's see if he can break through the glucose toxicity, it may not happen on this cycle, but we just need to keep with TR and its scheduled dose increases to do this safely and quickly.
Remember that initially we may also see some NDW (Niveles Locos)

We then we wait for the insulin depot to stabilise (6 cycles) (maybe less depends on nadirs and ketones), to assess dose.
Keep getting those ketone tests in daily






So tonight's dose would be 1.50u.

Buen trabajo al realizar la prueba de orina. He vinculado la imagen a continuación.

I'm answering here because we generally only have one condo per day :cat:. Nice to see Sinver working the increase in dose.
I see you fed some 4% when you got the BG reading of 103. That is very good. Do you think you can stay awake and get a +5?
 
Thanks, I'll do what you tell me. I fed him and I will wait for the next hour to see how his glucose is. It is that we have increased the dose but I did not expect that in the first cycle it would have such an effect

It's perfectly ok you did that! The first low number I had, I think I posted a 911 :facepalm:.

I've moved the two posts today into one - it's easier to keep track of what is happening that way. We request that people only start one post per day because there are so many kitties here and it makes it easier to see what is happening.
 
Hi he is probably going to be OK, and carry on going up, but we don't have much to go on.

How about getting a +6.5 and if hes still going up you can give him a mini meal and get to bed?

(Sinver is prone to scarf and barf)
@Bron and Sheba (GA) what do you think?
