One thing that brings me much joy is seeing Eddie's enjoyment of this new food: Open Farm. In case anyone is interested in what he's eating:

The salmon (11% carb) and the chicken (5% carb): I give the chicken with a dash of salmon and it's like a new world order as in licking the plate and not walking away from his dish. This helps my heart.
