Still having trouble getting Artemis to eat a full serving reliably. He's eating, just not much.

Therefore, I've given some feline greenies pill pockets as snacks to encourage eating. The spike around +5 is after I gave him a few of these.

Otherwise, the glargine seems to be really keeping these BGs stable.

Is the lack if interest in eating a common thing, or just recent? How is Artemis feeling otherwise today? I’m not sure if it was mentioned before, but it might be a good idea to test for ketones at home, you’d just need to pick up some ketone test strips from the pharmacy, to test for ketones in his urine.

here is yesterday’s post for continuity https://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/threads/switching-from-vetsulin-to-lantus.280658/#post-3096374

Hoping you’ll see some blues soon! Come on Artemis, let’s at least ditch those stinky pinkies :p

He's feeling better. Seems to be eating more and more interactive.

He usually does not have issues eating. He was protesting the auto feeder and started sliding into anorexia and lethargy.

Thankfully he's perked back up. Unfortunate I wasted over $60 on the auto feeder though :(

Hope he gets into the 200s solidly soon!
