After last nights fast drop and the spoonful of MC, I’m not surprised at this PS number. I’m just hopeful that her PS numbers start to come down again and she evens out.

Do you think you can add a snack at +1 to reduce the dive at onset? Just feed a little of her PS meal at+1?

Yes. Especially in cycles where she is lower at +2. Food will help flatten the curve. The easier thing could be to get her into the habit of eating a part of her PS meal at +1 and +2.

Ok. She ate snack at +1 and +3 today because I didn’t know about the +2 still and she was sleeping. But she’s eating a snack now at +3

There is no hard and fast rule wrt feeding the curve since ECID. Basically you want to use to prevent steep drops since that can also trigger bounces.
