Given yesterdays relatively low nadir, could this highest ever AMPS be a bounce? Is this dose too high?

I think what @Wendy&Neko meant was that you give it one more day (i.e. 10 cycles in all) on this dose, since you are seeing low blue nadirs. So if you don't see green on 8/4, you increase on 8/5. Hoping she will see the tag and correct me if I've misunderstood!

I was being a bit more aggressive, since it's a return from remission, and saying it's likely she could go up tomorrow.
