Good morning!

Just so I am not asking hurriedly tomorrow morning: am I good to go ahead and increase Cooper to 3.5U tomorrow? :) I have not seen any more blues sadly, hah. Not sure if I just missed them though. The notes say if the cat is new to numbers under 200, to hold the dose for 8-10 days. I wasn't sure if just the one blue number warranted that or not.

Yesterday's thread:

Cooper may have seen blue last night after that +3. I think you have room to increase though. Let's see what others say.

Oops, thank you for mentioning last night because I did end up getting a +5 test and forgot to add it! But yes, I wish I would have gotten a +4 because it may have dipped at that point like it did the first time he got a blue.

I would hold the dose a bit longer (another day) because of the drop under 200. He might have dropped under200 at+4 last night as well…
Increasing the dose:
  • Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit.
    • if your cat is new to numbers under 200, it is recommended to hold the dose for at least 8-10 cycles before increasing.
    • when your cat starts to see nadirs under 100, hold the dose for at least 10 cycles before increasing.

Okay, yes, this is what I was reading! Thank you, I will hold this dose tomorrow as well then! :) And I'm going to be sure to get a +2 and + 4 tonight just to see if it maybe does go below 200 again.
