Feline dermatitis?

Hello! I have been noticing my cat has these small, open wound like, little sores on his stomach and I have noticed it on the bald patch on his stomach (and all over his body if I feel around for them and pull back the fur). They look like little open wounds so I’m a little nervous about it. He licks them a lot from what I can tell. Does anyone have any advice on if it could be Feline dermatitis, and if so, what at home treatment is safe and recommend? I don’t know how to upload photos to the thread or I would show what’s going on.

I don’t know how to upload photos to the thread

From your photo gallery, copy the photo(s) you want to share here. The Copy option should be available in the drop-down menu (•••) of your phone or laptop. Then come to the text/reply box here, long press (if on phone) and select Paste. Else right click and select paste if you’re copying from your laptop or PC.
It’s similar to copying and pasting a piece of text. Hope this works
