Per advice, we will increase to 1 u at PM shot if we don’t see any yellows today.

I’m very frustrated because despite being on 4 mg odansetron for nausea and 2 mg cyproheptadine for appetite, he still isn’t eating more than a kick. He seems interested in food but he just stands over the bowl. I’ll be calling a different vet this morning to try to get an opinion on why he’s out of remission. Clearly something is wrong that this new vet didn’t check.

If he does have pancreatitis, he may need pain relief and fluids. More here: A Primer On Pancreatitis

The ondansetron can be bumped up to 4 times a day. Dosing is 0.5-1.0 mg/kg per day. He's 7.7 kg, so his total dose could go up too. Note, ondansetron can be constipating if that's an issue.

Good luck with the new vet.

Did the previous vet share the labs done? When did Oscar poop last?
I updated Oscar’s spreadsheet with the lab results I got. Apparently everything is relatively normal. They didn’t have the test for pancreatitis, but they gave him a shot of pain meds so I’m hoping he’ll eat soon

The test for pancreatitis (not the Snap one), typically has to be sent out to labs. Any chance you could add a column showing the reference range for those lab values? I don't speak American blood test ranges.

Added! Thanks for looking :)
