Been a while since I posted as there have been a couple trips/crazy time shifts back and forth to accommodate our pet sitter and my schedules, and general busyness!

We got back from a long weekend away, and our pet sitter was by around 9/9:30am this morning for Faraday’s AM shot. At +10 he’s 44. I fed him a tsp MC and will obviously retest in 15-20.

My question is what should I do for his dose tonight?

We’re pretty far off his “normal” schedule, so I’m tempted to skip tonight and get him back on track with a 5:20am shot. Does this sound like an okay plan?

Also, I assume I should hold the vacation dose of 0.5?

Hope you had a GREAT LONG WEEKEND. That lime was some welcome home :rolleyes:. See where Faraday is at PMPS before deciding to shoot unless you are realllly off schedule. If really off schedule, I personally would skip.

AND YES, I'd hold the 0.5 for a couple of cycles so you can see what he is doing on this dose.

We’re 4 hours off schedule, give or take. Maybe 4.5. So I think I might skip or BCS if he bounces really high in the next hour or two.

Sounds good.
FYI a BCS wouldn't get you back on schedule, you'll still have to shoot 12 hours after the BCS.
I've skipped just to get back on schedule. :bighug:
 
This kitty is not coming back up without a fight apparently. Definitely skipping shot tonight.

+10 - 44, 1tsp MC
+10.25 - 47, 1tsp MC
+10.5 - 59
+11 - 54, half dinner (LC)
+11.5 - 48, half (LC) dinner +1tsp MC

Wow! What a welcome home Faraday gave you! Any chance the sitter gave more than 0.5U? It's the 4th cycle on the vacation dose, so not the depot of the 0.75U.
I would stay with 0.5U for now.

I would say there is the possibility. Time before last I went out of town, I came back to low numbers (50s), so I BCS-ed it. But last time I came back to highish numbers (which I would expect on the vacation dose), so I assumed the pet sitter had it figured out. Impossible to tell.

I suppose we’ll see how 0.5 really treats Faraday over the next couple days!
