Ugh, I hear you -- the pollen is off the charts here too. I started allergy shots in 2017 because meds were useless, and while it's worked great so far, this year I'm back to sneezing and choking on dry spots in my throat. I can't leave the house without making sure I have a supply of cough drops. Even so, it's better than being incapacitated, which was my life with allergies before 2017.Hope you had a great day! Perfect weather here, but pollen is incredible this year!

So much for feeding the curve ... I tried to head off a drop like this morning's with 13% food starting at +1, but instead she went up to 140!
