Pulled an admittedly risky move - since Buster was still in the 200s mid cycle yesterday, I had his sitter still give him the full dose without testing last night and this morning. I knew we’d be back early enough this morning to catch him if he were lower. His first drop under 50 in a while! We started following the 3 drops under 50 rule for reductions so hopefully he’ll keep it going and not bounce too hard.

Back under 50 again, just gave him some more HC pate. With him being this low for so long and not doing the reduction like we’re used to I’m more worried about him dropping low while I’m at work this week when I can’t watch him all day.

Might be better to take a reduction from tomorrow. You can always go back up in 4-5 days if it fails.

Reading this too late LOL, I already gave him his shot this morning at the same dose - but he does seem to be bouncing, he was at 228. My partner will be able to test him today and I can watch him tonight so we’ll see how it goes.
