If you are following SLGS, you hold the dose 7 days, then evaluate. Since you have seen numbers between 90 and 149, there wouldn't be a reason to increase, by any amount.

In general, changes over 10 units are by 1 unit unless just tweaking a mostly good dose. Between 5 and 10 units, changes are by 0.5 units.

That's why I think this last time I should have gone to 10u (from 10.5u) instead of 9.5u, if anything because SRT...

I don't see how you think I'm not being cautious. Correct me if I'm wrong but I understand Eddie's situation to be his unique response to SRT. That's why on the 11th, I took the increase to be .5 rather than 1.0 and why I reasoned that the last decrease of 1.0 might have been better served if I had decreased by .5 instead.
