Good morning.

A smidge lower than I would personally like (nadir >= 150). I'm going to guess because she didn't eat her dry last night and only ate the canned shredded food. Debating whether I should cut out the wet, even though it's better, only because she's never consistent on it and that inconsistency can make it more difficult to know what's going on with a dose, whereas if she only has dry she will eat that. Might make it better for the pancreatitis too if she's eating the same thing all the time.
 
Even with SLGS the aim is nadirs between 90 and 150. You are putting in the effort of staying up at night to test her (and that's no easy thing to do with a full-time job), but all of that is wasted if you let your fear of normal numbers prevent you from allowing her to get to better numbers.
 
She threw up once and had a bit of diarrhea. Her preshot is pretty low for her. Tried feeding her but she doesn't want to eat.
 
Checked during lunch just now and she's 139, and that's with her eating wet food AND my dropping her dose practically in half this morning to just 2 units. Do you guys think she'll be ok if I go back to work?
Btw I know 139 is safe; I just worry if she'll drop into scary numbers while I'm gone. :(
 
Got her to eat a little dry and some more wet. Tested again...143. Basically the same, but she did just eat. I'm hoping she'll stay steady or go up while I'm gone for the next 5 hours. :nailbiting:
