Interesting. I've got that nova ketone meter for when I notice major changes, but I've never thought about regular monitoring of ketones.

I do wish we'd see some movement with feline friendly CGMs. If I could get one that wouldn't turn her into a naked mole rat after 3 months I'd pay anything.
