You are holding the dose too long. If following TR, we hold doses with green nadirs for 10 cycles, unless kitty is regulated. Looks like Bear's pancreas is getting a little tired. Time for that increase. Good luck with the new dose.

Oh okay - can you explain the 10 cycles a bit more? I think when I posted last I was supposed to keep his dose the same. When should I have switched over?

I won’t be able to monitor as closely tomorrow and Sunday as I won’t be home during the day as frequently as usual. I think I’d probably feel better waiting to increase his dose when I can monitor constantly. What do you think?

10 cycles = 5 days. If he was getting nadirs in the 50's, it wouldn't leave you much room to increase, but haven't seen 50's since April 4th. 10 cycles = 5 days. A little more insulin can help get rid of those higher numbers and you can do that without him dropping too low with feeding at the right times. The goal of TR is tight regulation. Here is the definition:
Tightly regulated - generally below 150 (8.3) and usually in the 60-120 (3.3-6.7) range, no hypoglycemia, still receiving insulin
His nadirs have been creeping up, a sign he's getting used to those higher numbers.

Sorry about tonight's PMPS.

Thank you Wendy, I appreciate the clarification
