Hi, this is the lowest he has been for a PMPS 127. Should I give the fill 3.5 dose? I'm following TR method with Lantus. This would be the second day after increasing the dose.

So she’s not new to fd but your ss just has a few days of data. With TR if you have data and can monitor you would shoot.
I found your ss and see you previously used a pet meter. So some of the preshots would be closer to this if you were using a human meter. The higher dose will still be effecting this cycle.

I just switched to a human meter a few days ago, there is another tab that says 2023 (Pet).

Im a little confused, so the pet preshots, if were on a human meter would be similar? What do you mean the higher dose will still be effecting this cycle?

pet meters often read a little higher than human meters.
I would go ahead and shoot as long as you can monitor and have supplies. Get a +1 and +2.
