I think she's had more than enough cycles to clear a bounce from the 50s on 3/20.

Now it's my turn for questions.
When did you start the beef? You wouldn't be the first to notice numbers change with proteins.
Second question. I noticed you have SDMA 14 in your signature. Have you had it tested more than once? Current kitty tested 14 on SDMA about 6 years ago, highest it's ever been, latest result was 8. I've learned that one SDMA test does not prove anything.

She's always had some beef. And before the Jan 2023 blood work we fed Ziwi Pates and Weruva Truluxe In the Cat Wok (chicken and beef in pumpkin). We stopped the Ziwi peak because it's higher P and Weruva was out of stock from end of January until early March.
I also started using calipers on 2/16. I thought that the better and less bouncy numbers were because of the consistent dosing.
The numbers have been trending higher coincidentally when I put this food back in the rotation in mid March.
. I think I recall reading that food changes can take two weeks to show results? You notice everything
. Blood work in January came back with the SDMA, slightly high phosphorus and creatine. Vet said that he was reluctant to"stage" CKD on the one blood test and SDMA. He said to lower her phosphorus and increase water and retest in 3-6 months. We plan on going back in June/July.
Well back to 2 units in the AM.
