03/23 Eddie AMPS 425 +5 310 PMPS 236 +5 390

There were no mid cycle tests on the 21st, AM or PM. It's possible he's bouncing from a lower number that day, but hard to tell. If it was another bounce, this is just the second day after.

With SLGS you hold the dose 7 days before evaluating it. Patience pants time.

It makes me quite curious about the dynamics of SRT.
This isn't just SRT you are dealing with, there is also IAA. In my experience, and most of the kitties I've seen here, the SRT dance goes like this. First a waiting period where you wait for those initial tumour cells to die off. During that waiting period, the dose can go up until the cells die off. Once die off start, the dose starts going down. There can be times when it's quiet and you mosey around the same dose, waiting for the next set of tumour cells to die off. Remember, they are neutered by SRT, we just have to wait for the to grow old and die. Then the dose goes down as the next set of cells die off. And the dance plays over and over. Depending on the success of the SRT, which may or may not have gotten 100% of the cells, or possibly some new ones start growing all over again. I'm not sure how that last part happens, just that it does. Same thing for kitties who have had hypophysectomy. You can get spontaneous regrowth. Pile IAA effect on top. It gets complicated. Like Eddie.
