Yesterday

increased back up to 6U yesterday since the reduction to 5.5U on Mar 7 PM failed. While we saw some blues, they weren’t enough and my beastie jumped up to a red AMPS yesterday (after being red free for a few weeks!!!).

he dipped into blues @ +2.75 this morning. Another fam member knows how to draw blood now and will keep and eye on my boy… they know the hypo protocol and I’ve got it printed on the fridge. Bubbadoo was relaxing. Off to bed for me (Nx shift life).
Glad to see results so soon after the increase. Lets hope Bubba doesn’t dip too low.

Precious beast holding steady today. Will give usual dose of 6U tonight and will monitor for low / lime green numbers. I’ll be at work but Bubs in good hands with family members and know the protocols.
He’s not all that hungry so hope he eats before shot time in about an hour
 
Sometimes Lantus cats will do what we call a double dip, where they do a mini dip again at the end of the cycle, but not as low as the main part of the cycle.
