We are thinking it could be because he is missing his sister. Because not only him, his another brother is also not really eating well.
They don't sleep well at night too, I shall monitor for a couple of days to see whether they will get better though.

Some ppl said cats don't grieve, I beg to differ when the change in the brothers behaviors were so drastic..
