I am looking for the above U40 syringe with a short needle 3/16" instead of my 1/2".
6-8 mm X 31G, or 29 G is acceptable, 1/2CC. Doses up to 20 Units.

My vet is very expensive and store on here was almost as expensive.

I cannot read the U100 numbers.

Walmart does not carry, the store here does not carry, or wants me to buy 5 boxes. No Thanks!

Thx for help!!

From Amazon prime don't think these have half unit markings probably won't need a script

PetTest U-40 Syringes, 31 Gauge x 5/16-in are some of the thinnest, featuring 31-gauge needles. This helps make injection more comfortable for your furry family member compared to thicker 29-gauge U-40 needles. The length of the 5/16” needle also helps reduce the risk of a painful injection to your pet’s muscle. These syringes are specifically designed to be used with all U-40 insulins. Both sizes, the 0.3-cc and 0.5-cc have easy-to-read ½ unit marking for accurate dosing every time. The needles are extra sharp and lubricated and have a tri-bevel tip for added comfort, while the extra-wide finger grips allow for unmatched control. These syringes come with protective needle and plunger cap

Glad that is finished!!!:arghh: and RKR said also she does not use control. If needed, she uses her own blood, if something looks weird in her #'s.

actually they do have 1/2 unit markings, which I don't really like...too busy for my old eyes..but OK..

All the ADW syringes in my link were 5/16 (8mm) length and 31G. Some were 3/10cc and some were 1/2cc capacity.

Thx, but all I viewed in your link were U100 syringes. completely diff calculations and skinny syringes. I have about 30 from 20 yrs. ago and was sold 10 more U100 yesterday at Walmart, because later when I called she said "i didn't ask for U40" and they do NOT carry U40 at Walmart.

I looked on your ADW website last night and found NO U40 syringes with the short needle. Thank you Larry

They do, I missed reading that in the description that I posted ,sorry about that ,my eyes aren't that too great either I guess I need bifocals lol
I'm sure you know this but just a reminder
An important note on when to feed your cat: Because Caninsulin/Vetsulin has an early onset, you want to have fed your cat 20 – 30 minutes before you give a shot. The order for this process is (1)test , (2) feed (3) wait 20 – 30 minutes (4) shoot.

I read in your intro post he will eat Fancy Feast Grilled in gravy which is about 12 - 15% carbs and Bear doesn't like Pate
Have you tried these
Dr. Lisa's list says:
FANCY FEAST - Roasted/Flaked/Chunky - Chunky Chicken Feast - is 4% carbs
