Ask BF to feed some HC before he leaves to be extra safe. And leave some 11% out if he needs more in the time before you aunt comes.

BF left 11% out. When aunt came (at +3) the BG was 106 and the 11% was still out. So he ate that at +3. She will check him again at +4
