His pancreas don't hate insulin. He just needs to get to a good dose. A pancreatitis flare can keep his numbers higher. Let's see what he does tonight. He might be good for an increase tomorrow - to 4U if he stays over 300 tonight and by 0.25U if he see blues or low yellows tonight.

I agree with Bhooma, up to 4 units tomorrow unless he goes under 300 tonight. Insulin resistance is hard to fight, but we'll get him there. There's a dose that moves every cat into better numbers.
