Good morning,

Baby is doing so much better and seems to be almost back to her old self! Eating much more frequently and drinking on her own; such a relief after a very hard few days!

I will contact the vet today to get renewals on her pain meds, anti-nausea and appetite stimulants and continue decreasing the HC treats and increasing the LC food/treats.

She is at 286 AMPS this morning and I am about the go ahead with her 1 unit of insulin.
 
Great to hear such a good report. Keep doing what you have been doing.
Have you got another ketone test yet? It’s important to keep getting daily ones at the moment.

Looks as if she could be coming off the bounce this cycle so just be aware.:)

Yes, she is doing so, so much better!
She hasn't peed yet today and unfortunately she had an accident on the couch last evening and I couldn't get a test :( I'll take her up shortly and see if she will pee.
I took her to the vet to get an injection of pain medication that will last 3 days and got her more appetite stimulant and anti-nausea. I gave her the appetite stimulant at +5.5 and that should last 48-72 hours.
Yes, she may be coming off the bounce? She's back up to 157 at +6. Should I do another test or is she likely going back up ok now? I am thinking I'll get an early nap for awhile in case she goes low tonight and I need to be awake.
