Yes, I think I would take him back up to 1.5U.

Yes. You could increase tomorrow morning when you can monitor rather that at night. We want to get rid of those yellows and see more greens.
ETA: Is he getting a tsp of food after every test?

@Bandit's Mom he gets a half a can an hour for the first three hours abd the last three so AMPS +1 abd +2 as well as PMPS +1 and +2.
