@Wendy&Neko I'm sorry to keep tagging you but I'm in an awkward position. I do not have the expertise to read the spreadsheet in such a way as to know what to do. This morning (Jan 11th) Eddie's AMPS is 326 and last night PM +9 385.

I cannot discern the trajectory like I can with Blue on Lantus and maybe it's because the wild card is the SRT but for the life of me, all I see is that Eddie has been in the high 300s with the exception of a few greens and blues over a week ago.

How long does it take for a bounce to clear? Maybe that's not a sensible question but when I look back at the 2022 spreadsheet I seem similar or even more dramatic examples of greens and blues and he had both decreases and increases.

I am looking to hear the rationale for keeping him on 13.5u in contrast to the IM vet saying to increase by 1.5. Is there a happy medium?

I'm sure I'm annoying some folks but that's all I got.
 
Bounces usually clear within six cycles. It is possible that he cleared a bounce, then went lower and started another bounce. He could have cleared the bounce on the 9th and gone lower that night, as there is no data then, and it did look like a bounce on the AM of the 10th.

My concern with SRT, is that typically once it start working, you don't see the dose needing to go up much, unless you decreased too fast. With it not being too long since you saw a 77 on this dose, and the 50's (AT) on 14 units, and you back to working full time, it doesn't seem like a great idea to take him up to a dose that can drop him to the 50's again when you aren't home. This is why we focus on the lows, not the highs. For safety.
 
For what (small) amount it’s worth, I’m right there with everything Wendy said.

In fact, out of an abundance of caution, I probably would have decreased a bit after the 77 given that you had to feed (and what would have happened and how low might he have gone had you not tested/fed that night?). Remember, 70-130 on an AT is considered normal. Especially after SRT, and with less testing, I’m very glad you’ve gone up to at least 90 as a reduction point. Better safe than sorry (from someone who has experienced both SRT and the “sorry”).

Hopefully if there any “sneaky greens” or big drops, you’ll be able to catch them soon.
